How to submit your price match request?

  1. Prepare your proof:
    Example: link to competitor’s website, flyer, or photo.
    Have a copy of your receipt for a past purchase at Latulippe.
  2. Make sure all conditions are met*.
  3. Contact us:

    • Online: By completing a request
    • In-store: At checkout

* Eligibility Conditions

  • Authorized retailer: The price must come from an authorized retailer with a brick-and-mortar store in Quebec. Including Latulippe Stores.
  • Identical product: Same brand, model, colour, size, and year of manufacture.
  • In stock: Available immediately for purchase at the competitor.
  • Timeframe after purchase: 30 days for a new item in its original packaging. 15 days if the item is no longer in its packaging or missing its tag.

Exclusions

The policy does not apply to the following:

  • Clearance sales, flash deals, store closures, or employee sales.
  • Commercial accounts or corporate purchases.
  • Spontaneous promotions, exclusives flash deals.
  • Prices that do not respect the manufacturer's minimum advertised price (MAP) policies.
  • When our stores are closed (e.g., statutory holidays).
  • Not applicable to Horizon loyalty rewards or any other loyalty program.
