The 2024 WOW Study evaluates the in-store customer experience : First position for Latulippe!

Latulippe employs some 350 people in 3 stores, administrative offices and a distribution warehouse.

In 80 years, we've asked ourselves a lot of questions:
- Are our customers always satisfied with their experience with us?
- How can we do better, how can we improve?
- Do we stand out from the crowd?
- In short, are we heading in the right direction, and do our customers still like us?

We've just received a good part of the answers to our questions. It's given us a big boost!

Thanks to the WOW study on customer experience in retail outlets, we now know a lot more about the satisfaction of Quebecers who visit stores across the province, according to 23 evaluation criteria (quality, variety, price, atmosphere, service, etc.). More than 14,000 Quebecers took part in the study, which evaluated no fewer than 228 stores, divided into 25 sectors of activity. Each retailer was visited by around 400 respondents. The survey took place last October and November. We have just received the results.

• Latulippe was proclaimed first in the sports and outdoors sector for best in-store experience, ahead of 19 other Quebec retailers. We scored 84.6%, which also puts us ahead of all stores in this category in Ontario and Western Canada.

This news was obviously received with great joy and emotion, not least because it's a reward from our customers.

While our primary objective has always been to ensure that you leave our premises satisfied, we now have detailed proof that will help us to improve your future visits. Thank you for being our loyal partners for decades. Every time we see you come back to us, we know you've enjoyed your previous experiences, and your loyalty is proof of that. Thank you also to our workers who have opened the doors of our stores tirelessly tens of thousands of times. And they continue to do so.
