Sanitary measures for the sales floor and relating to customers

  • - Install signage in store to inform customers about sanitary measures;
  • - Install physical markers on the ground to indicate the distance of 1 meter to be respected between customers at the queues at the checkouts.
  • - Install signs or posters reminding customers of the physical distance measures to be observed;
  • - Introduce the wearing of a mask to all our sales advisers, supervisors and directors on the sales floor;
  • - Install a sign for the use of the elevator;

Sanitary measures for the cashiers

  • - Install physical markers on the ground to indicate the distance of 1 meter to be respected between customers at the queues at the checkouts;
  • - Provide a hydro alcoholic solution to cashiers;
  • - Encourage cashiers to wash their hands after each transaction;
  • - Disinfect payment terminals several times a day.
